The capital of Indiana and easily the largest metropolis in the state, Indianapolis has many activities and sites on offer for the traveler passing through. Indianapolis Museum Of Art

This world-class museum features an excellent permanent collection made of up of over 55,000 works from all over the world. The collections spans many genres and time periods. White River State Park

This gorgeous and lush expanse of green located right in the heart of downtown Indianapolis is known as one of the most well-designed urban parks in the country. Lockerbie Square Historic District

This museum is an architectural marvel, featuring brick, steel and glass facades and covering three impressive floors. Over 450,000 works are housed here, and there is a great café where you can grab a coffee and a snack as well. SpaceQuest Planetarium

Here at this amazing planetarium you can check out a number of breathtaking astronomy shows that range from simulated space flights to lazer shows. There is a massive theatre that is used for the daily shows featuring an impressive copper dome. Not only are the shows informative, but you can get some hands on learning in as well with telescope use instructions and lessons on star identification and other aspects of astronomy.
